by commissioning or purchasing designs/art made by devylune, you are automatically agreeing to the terms below.
if i find that you have broken any of these rules, it will result in a block and being blacklisted.

⋆ payment information ⋆

➙ i only take payments via paypal or through vgen
➙ i must receive full payment before starting on your commission
➙ you can ask about payment plans, but i will not start until i have more than half of the full payment. i will not finish until i have the entire payment
➙ i will not refund your commission after i have started it. if i feel that i cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, i will refund you

⋆ basic information ⋆

➙ you must be 18 or older to commission me
➙ communication will be done via discord or dms on whichever preferred social media site! (usually deviantart notes, vgen messages, etc.)
➙ i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason, without having to disclose what the reason may be
➙ commissions may be private or bought as gifts for others. please specify if you want it to be such.
➙ do not repost my artwork unless you specifically commissioned it AND you provide a tag/credit to my account.
➙ i offer commissions for personal and private use only. commissioners do not have the rights to sell on a piece of art in any way, shape, or form, including on merchandise or minting as nfts.

⋆ completion time ⋆

➙ i will not rush commissions and try my best with making it look as satisfactory as i can. i typically work until i myself am proud of my work.
➙ if you want to set a deadline, please give me at least 2 weeks warning in advance.
➙ i will keep you updated if i need a time extension or if it’s taking me a little longer to finish your commission!

⋆ i will draw ⋆

➙ ferals and feral closed species
➙ anthros/furries and some humanoid/anthro-based species (ie. grems) (i am still learning to draw human-ish anatomy so results may vary!!)
➙ light gore
➙ some NSFW - ask about what’s allowed
➙ some creatures/monster species (i have trouble with very muscular characters but i try my best!)

⋆ i will NOT draw ⋆

➙ humans or heavily human-based species
➙ vore, heavy fetish art, if it makes me uncomfortable- it’s probably a no
➙ heavy gore / eye trauma / wrist/venous trauma
➙ skull heads/faces
➙ in someone else’s art style or to copy someone else’s art or character designs.

⋆ editing art ⋆

➙ i will allow 24-48 hours after me showing you the final product for you to tell me any edits needed for a commission
➙ i will not completely redo a commission after i have shown you the final product. if you want major edits done, please tell me if/when i show you the sketches or lineart. many art types like meebles or chibis will NOT have a wip stage, so please give me as much pose information as possible.
➙ i will not change the character i have drawn if i’m past lineart/coloring. please warn me before i start if you want to change the character in your commission.
➙ the more specific you are with your request, the more exact i can be with the commission.
➙ you can hue shift/add filters on my art, but please don’t draw/add things onto it. removing my watermark is blacklist-worthy.
